52:34-10.4 Regulations for contract oversight and performance; complaint resolution. 4. The Director of the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury shall promulgate regulations, applicable to all contracts for which the director is responsible, that establish procedures for (1) contract oversight and the monitoring of contract performance; and (2) complaint resolution. The director shall establish a vendor performance database. L.2005,c.336,s.4.
