52:32-1.5. Rules, regulations The State Treasurer shall adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this act pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 156, s. 3, eff. April 26, 1985.
