N.J.S.A. 52:32-1.3

"Public contract" defined

52:32-1.3. "Public contract" defined As used in this act, "public contract" means any contract or agreement entered into by a state or any instrumentality of that state to purchase goods, services or both. L. 1985, c. 156, s. 1, eff. April 26, 1985.
