52:31-43. Necessary appropriations 10. The Legislature shall ensure that the appropriate State agency to maintain and preserve the State Capitol complex or undertake or contract for any project for repair or alteration of any element of the complex, annually is appropriated such sums as are necessary to protect, preserve and maintain the complex to the highest standards.
