52:31-29. Reduction or waiver of rental rate, utility charge or maintenance fee; application; grounds Upon application of an interested cabinet officer, the board may authorize a reasonable reduction or waiver of a rental rate, utility charge or maintenance fee for any of the following reasons: (a) that residency in the State housing unit is a condition of employment; (b) that the housing unit is located on institutional grounds; and (c) that the fair market rental value of the housing is substantially disproportionate to the salary of the employee.
