52:31-23. Residential housing management board; members; employees There is established in the Department of the Treasury the Residential Housing Management Board. The board shall consist of the State Treasurer, as chairman, the President of the Civil Service Commission, the Commissioner of Corrections, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, the Chancellor of Higher Education, the Commissioner of Education, the Commissioner of Human Services and the Commissioner of Community Affairs, or such designee as each member may appoint. The State Treasurer shall assign such employees of the Department of the Treasury to assist the board as he shall deem necessary. L.1983, c. 468, s. 1, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
