Continuance of existing laws

52:28-39. Continuance of existing laws Article V. All laws of said states relating to the regulation of fisheries in the Delaware river not inconsistent with the right of common fishery herein above mentioned shall continue in force in said respective states until the enactment of said concurrent legislation as herein provided.
