52:27H-44 Annual report; operating and financial statement; audit. 16. On or before the last day of the third month following the close of each fiscal year, the convention authority shall submit an annual report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year to the Governor and the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1). The report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering its operations during the year. The president shall audit the books and accounts of the convention authority for each fiscal year, and a copy of that audit shall be filed with the Governor and the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1).
