Immunity from liability.

52:27H-41.6 Immunity from liability. 17. Neither the members of the authority nor any person executing bonds or notes issued pursuant to P.L.2008, c.47 (C.52:27H-31.1 et al.) shall be liable personally on such bonds or notes by reason of the issuance thereof. L.2008, c.47, s.17.
