52:27H-31.2 Definitions used in C.52:27H-29 et seq. 2. (a) As used in P.L.1981, c.459 (C.52:27H-29 et seq.): "Atlantic City convention center project" or "convention center project" means the project authorized by paragraph (9) of subsection a. of section 6 of P.L.1971, c.137 (C.5:10-6). "Convention authority" or "authority" means the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1981, c.459 (C.52:27H-31). "New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority" means the public body established under section 4 of P.L.1971, c.137 (C.5:10-4). (b) As used in P.L.2008, c.47 (C.52:27H-31.1 et al.), "Luxury Tax Bond Resolution" shall mean the authority's Convention Center Luxury Tax Bond Resolution adopted on October 28, 1992, as amended and supplemented.
