Definitions

52:27H-3. Definitions As used in this act: a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Energy and Economic Development. b. "Department" means the Department of Commerce, Energy and Economic Development established by this act. L.1981,c.122,s.3; 1987,c.365,s.2.
