52:27H-27. Appropriation from unemployment compensation auxiliary fund In addition to the funds transferred to the department by this act, there is appropriated the sum of $250,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the Unemployment Compensation Auxiliary Fund established pursuant to R.S. 43:21-14(g) to be allocated for the implementation of this act, subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury.
