Transfers in accordance with State Agency Transfer Act

52:27H-26. Transfers in accordance with State Agency Transfer Act The transfers directed by this act, except as otherwise provided herein, shall be made in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act" , P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1981, c. 122, s. 28, eff. April 16, 1981.
