52:27H-25. Review of operations, personnel and staff organization transferred to department a. Within 6 months following the effective date of this act, the commissioner of the department in consultation with the Commissioner of Labor and Industry shall jointly review the operations, personnel and staff organization of those agencies transferred from the Department of Labor and Industry to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development and, with the approval of the Department of Civil Service and the Division of Budget and Accounting, establish a plan, if such is needed, for reorganization and transfer of personnel. b. Nothing in this section shall be construed to deprive employees of any rights or protections provided by Civil Service (Title 11) or the pension and retirement laws of this State.
