52:27H-16. Office for promoting technical innovation in department of labor and industry; continuance and transfer to department The Office for Promoting Technical Innovation in the Department of Labor and Industry, established pursuant to P.L.1977, c. 429 (C. 34:1A-64 et seq.), together with all its powers, functions and duties, is continued and transferred to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development. This act shall not affect the terms of office of the present members of the Technical Advisory Board in the Office for Promoting Technical Innovation and the members of the board shall continue to be appointed as provided by existing law. L.1981, c. 122, s. 17, eff. April 16, 1981.
