52:27H-13. South Jersey Port Corporation; continuance and transfer from department of labor and industry to department The South Jersey Port Corporation in the Department of Labor and Industry, established pursuant to P.L.1968, c. 60 (C. 12:11A-1 et seq.), together with all its functions, powers and duties, is continued and transferred to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development. This shall not affect the terms of office of the present members of the corporation. The members of the corporation shall continue to be appointed as provided by existing law. L.1981, c. 122, s. 14, eff. April 16, 1981.
