52:27H-10. Division of economic development in department of labor and industry; abolishment; transfer of employees to division of economic development in department The Division of Economic Development in the Department of Labor and Industry established pursuant to P.L.1965, c. 21 (C. 13:1B-15.75 et seq.) is abolished and the employees of this division as it was originally constituted are transferred, pursuant to the "State Agency Transfer Act" , P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.) to the new Division of Economic Development in the Department of Commerce and Economic Development established pursuant to this act. L.1981, c. 122, s. 10, eff. April 16, 1981.
