Liberal construction of act

52:27F-32. Liberal construction of act The object and design of this act being the protection of the public health, safety and welfare by means of the coordination of State planning, regulation and authority in energy related matters, this act shall be liberally construed. L.1977, c. 146, s. 29, eff. July 11, 1977.
