52:27D-453 Rules, regulations. 2. Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Community Affairs shall adopt rules and regulations governing the qualifications of applicants, the application procedures, and the criteria for providing assistance under the "Main Street New Jersey" program.
