52:27D-437.15 Modification of regulations concerning lead hazards. 24. The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance and the Commissioner of Health shall consult with the Commissioner of Community Affairs and shall modify all regulations concerning lead hazards in accordance with the provisions of P.L.2003, c.311 (C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), to recognize lead hazard control work as an authorized alternative method to lead abatement in control of lead hazards.
