52:27D-437.14 Report to Legislature. 21. On or before the last day of the 24th month ending after the effective date of P.L.2003, c.311 (C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), and each two years thereafter, the Commissioner of Community Affairs shall issue a report to the Legislature on the effectiveness of the provisions of P.L.2003, c.311 (C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), which report shall include: a. Details on the number and amounts of loans and grants provided and the households served; b. Information obtained and entered on the housing registry created pursuant to P.L.2003, c.311 (C.52:27D-437.1 et al.); and c. The costs incurred and the revenues derived by the department in administering P.L.2003, c.311 (C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), including information regarding any fees which may be authorized to be charged or increased pursuant to P.L.2003, c.311 (C.52:27D-437.1 et al.).
