52:27D-43.33. Powers of director The director: a. May seek, receive and make use of any funds which may be available from federal or other sources in order to augment State funds which are appropriated pursuant to this act, and shall make every effort to qualify the program for federal funding; b. Shall apply for and make use of funds made available from federal and other sources for job training, including funds appropriated to the State under the federal Job Training Partnership Act, Pub.L.97-300 (29 U.S.C. s. 1501 et seq.); and c. May establish guidelines governing the expenditure of funds to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1990,c.83,s.9. 52:27D-43.34. Annual report The department shall report annually to the Governor and the Legislature on the implementation of this act. L.1990,c.83,s.10.
