52:27D-43.15 Powers and duties. 8. The commission, acting jointly and as a body, shall advise the Director of the Division on Women on matters referred to it by the director and may originate and make recommendations to the director concerning policies and their implementation. The commission, or any member thereof, may not act in the name of or as an agent of the Division on Women or give instructions to the director or a member of the staff of the division.
