52:27D-425. Nonapplicability of act 20. Nothing in this act shall be deemed or construed to limit or preempt the provisions of P.L.1977, c.239 (C.52:27G-1 et seq.) regarding the institutionalized elderly. L.1993,c.249,s.20.
