52:27D-380. Rules, regulations The commissioner is authorized to make and issue rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) for the effectuation of the provisions of this act. L. 1987, c. 50, s. 15.
