52:27D-365. Rules, regulations The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) to further specify the loan criteria in subsection b. of section 3 of this act and to implement the other provisions of this act. L. 1987, c. 8, s. 5.
