Community Affairs authority

52:27D-360. Community Affairs authority Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the authority of the Department of Community Affairs to enforce any otherwise applicable statute, code, or regulation in a facility subject to this act. L. 1986, c. 103, s. 31.
