52:27D-300. Study of child care lack The director shall monitor the application process in order to determine whether the lack of adequate child care is preventing women from undertaking job training. Whenever the lack of child care prevents the effective use of job training centers, the director shall report his findings to the Department of Labor and the Department of Human Services, and any other departments with a related interest.
