Finality and conclusiveness of determination by director; anticipation of state aid by municipality

52:27D-181. Finality and conclusiveness of determination by director; anticipation of state aid by municipality Any determination of the director pursuant to this act as to the amount of State aid allowable to each qualifying municipality shall be final and conclusive, and no appeal shall be taken therefrom or any review thereof, except in the case of an arithmetical or typographical error in the calculation of any distribution of funds. Notwithstanding any provisions of the Local Budget Law (N.J.S. 40A:4-1 et seq.), any municipality qualifying for State aid under this act may anticipate the receipt of the amount of State aid included for the purposes of this act in the Governor's annual budget message.
