Acceptance of gift or grant

52:27D-177. Acceptance of gift or grant The commissioner may accept, as agent of the State of New Jersey, any gift or grant for any of the purposes of this act, and any moneys so received may be expended for any purpose authorized by this act. L.1977, c. 379, s. 8.
