52:27D-133.1 Definitions relative to certain swimming pools 1. As used in this act: "Bonding and grounding certificate" means a document issued by a recognized electrical testing agency that verifies the electrical continuity and integrity of the bonding and grounding system of a swimming pool. "Swimming pool" means a swimming pool, hot tub, or spa located on any property other than one or two family residential property and includes but is not limited to swimming pools open for the use of members, residents or the public. "Electrical certificate of compliance" means a document issued by the enforcing agency that verifies that all wiring located in or about the pool pump house or similar structure and associated electrical equipment is in compliance with the electrical subcode of the State Uniform Construction Code.
