Indicia of State support

52:27D-118.20. Indicia of State support Each firefighter employed under this act shall wear the uniform of the municipality or fire district and a shoulder patch of a kind approved by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services, containing an insignia indicative of the State's support of the program. L. 1985, c. 295, s. 4, eff. Aug. 15, 1985.
