Definitions

52:27D-118.1. Definitions As used in this act: a. "Director" means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs; b. "Qualifying municipality" means each municipality in the State which received State aid pursuant to P.L.1978, c. 14; c. "Approved program" means a program, project, or municipal services approved by the director pursuant to the Safe and Clean Neighborhoods Program established by this act. L.1979, c. 118, s. 1, eff. June 28, 1979.
