Grants; approval; expenditures

52:27D-10. Grants; approval; expenditures The department, or any of the divisions established hereunder, may, subject to the approval of the Governor and Commissioner of Community Affairs, apply for and accept grants from the Federal Government or any agency thereof, or from any foundation, corporation, association or individual, and may comply with the terms, conditions and limitations thereof, for any of the purposes of the department, or of such division. Any money so received may be expended by the department, or such division, subject to any limitations imposed in such grants to effect any of the purposes of the department, or of such division, as the case may be, upon warrant of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting of the Department of the Treasury on vouchers certified and approved by the Commissioner of Community Affairs.
