Services of other departments or agencies; delegation of powers

52:27C-9. Services of other departments or agencies; delegation of powers The commissioner may utilize the services of any State department, agency or instrumentality, and may accept the services of any local or Federal official or agency, or of business, civil and labor organizations, in such manner and in such capacities as he may deem appropriate. He may also delegate such of his powers as he may deem desirable for the efficient administration of the department to be exercised under his direction and supervision by division heads.
