Costs of tests

52:27C-58. Costs of tests Any person making application to have the department approve the use of structural materials, appliances, devices, or methods of construction, shall pay the reasonable cost of all labor, expert services, materials, appliances and testing machinery required to conduct any test or investigation of the same.
