Notice to commissioner of public improvements

52:27C-19. Notice to commissioner of public improvements All State departments, agencies and instrumentalities, before entering upon any major public improvement or any project involving the acquisition of lands for public use, or before requesting a change of use or disposition of real property owned by the State or in which the State has an interest, shall give written notice to the commissioner of such contemplated or proposed action, and he shall have a reasonable opportunity to study and make recommendations thereon.
