Transfers of appropriations

52:27B-82. Transfers of appropriations To the extent necessary to carry out the intent and provisions of this act, the commissioner, with the approval of the Governor, may make transfers of appropriations, in whole or in part, made to any department, board, officer or other agency affected by the provisions of this act.
