Assistants

52:27B-75. Assistants The director of each division in the Department of Taxation and Finance shall have authority to appoint such clerical and other assistants as he may deem necessary to the division's work and to fix their duties, all of whom shall be subject to the provisions of Title 11, Civil Service.
