Transfer of powers and duties of State Purchasing Department and State Purchase Commissioner

52:27B-55. Transfer of powers and duties of State Purchasing Department and State Purchase Commissioner The powers and duties heretofore vested by law in the State Purchasing Department, and the State Purchase Commissioner, are hereby transferred to the Division of Purchase and Property and to the director, respectively, as the head of that division of the State Department of Taxation and Finance.
