52:27B-45. Form of accounts; reports The commissioner shall prescribe and enforce the form, manner and content of accounts to be kept by each accounting agency, and the form, manner and content of accounting reports and statements to be rendered to him with respect thereto. The commissioner, if he deems such action necessary, may install a system of accounts in an accounting agency of the State Government. He shall provide for reports and statements to be submitted to him at least once each month which shall show the complete operation of each accounting agency and such other information as may be necessary in his judgment. This requirement shall not be in limitation of such other reports and statements, at longer or shorter intervals, containing the same or other information, as may be necessary in the judgment of the commissioner.
