Revision and amendment of requests

52:27B-24. Revision and amendment of requests The commissioner shall have authority, after consultation with the various spending agencies concerned, to revise and amend quarterly allotment requests to the end that each such request, as revised and amended by the commissioner, shall not exceed the amount appropriated for the spending agency.
