Powers and duties severable

52:27-66. Powers and duties severable The powers granted and duties imposed by this chapter shall be construed to be independent and severable, and a judicial determination that one or more of such powers or duties are not constitutionally conferred or imposed shall not invalidate or affect the remainder thereof.
