Effective date; limitation of time for adoption of resolution

52:27-39.5. Effective date; limitation of time for adoption of resolution This act shall take effect immediately, but no compromise settlement shall be entered into under this act unless a resolution authorizing the same shall have been adopted pursuant to section two of this act within two years from the effective date of this act.
