$500 minimum

52:25-16.7. $500 minimum Each purchase made by an independent institution of higher education pursuant to this act shall have a cost of $500.00 or more and the college or university shall accept sole responsibility for the payment of any cost due to the vendor. L. 1985, c. 263, s. 3.
