Proceedings and records open to public

52:25-16. Proceedings and records open to public The proceedings of the commissioner under this chapter shall be open to the citizens of the state and all records, contracts, orders and schedules shall be public records, open to the inspection of any citizen or interested person, at all reasonable hours.
