52:25-12. Custody of documents and records The commissioner shall have the charge and custody of all books, contracts, vouchers, requisitions, correspondence, blanks, papers, documents and other records formerly made, kept or maintained by the state house commission or the state purchasing agent pursuant to chapter sixty-eight of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and sixteen and transferred to the commissioner.
