52:24-6 Reports to Legislature and Governor. 52:24-6. The State Auditor shall report in writing to the Legislature or to any committee thereof, when so required, and to the Governor the findings of any special condition disclosed by his audit of the accounts of the State and of each accounting agency. The State Auditor shall submit a written report that describes the findings of any performance review audit conducted by the State Auditor to the Governor and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1). Such report shall be made by him to the Legislature and the Governor as promptly as possible after the conclusion of every audit and investigation made or caused to be made by him or upon the completion of any performance review audit conducted by the State Auditor.
