Power of counties and municipalities to convey or lease real property

52:18A-62. Power of counties and municipalities to convey or lease real property Notwithstanding the restrictions of any other laws, any county by county resolution, and any municipality by municipal ordinance, may, with or without consideration, convey or lease or contract to convey or lease to or with the Authority any lands or interest therein or improvements thereon, or any lands previously devoted to public use or any interests in such lands, on such terms and conditions as the county or municipality may approve and the Authority accept.
