52:18A-28. State Director of the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company The office of State Director of the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company is continued and is hereby constituted an office within the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. The State Treasurer is hereby constituted the State Director of the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company and, as such, shall exercise the powers and perform the functions and duties vested in, or imposed upon, the State Director of the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company by law.
